Refunds and Returns
At House of Pies, we strive to deliver the freshest and highest quality pies to our customers. We do not offer refunds or returns on our perishable goods as our pies are freshly baked and shipped to you and will not survive in transit back to our facility. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or e-gift cards.
While we do not offer refunds, we may replace your pie under certain circumstances. If a replacement is given for a shipped pie, the cost of shipment for the replacement will be billed again at the customer's expense.
Damages and Issues
Each pie is baked fresh daily for you when your order is placed. Our pies are carefully packaged to arrive at your doorstep fresh and delicious and then delivered by our shipping partner UPS. Once we hand the packages to UPS, please keep in mind that it is out of our control how they handle the packages.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@houseofpiescompanystore.com if the pies are damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong pie.
Please include the following in the email:
- Full Name;
- Shipping Address;
- Order Number;
- Issue (Example: Lost, Damaged, Stolen, Wrong Item);
- Additional Details; and
- Upload Pictures of the shipping box, pie box, and the pies.
Our customer service team will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible.
Package Protection
To safeguard your order against loss or damage during transit, we highly recommend purchasing our Shipping Protection plan, which is located on the cart page when you are checking out. If you choose to opt out of our Shipping Protection plan, unfortunately, we will NOT be able to re-ship or refund your package for any reason.
We offer Package Protection that gives you peace of mind:
- Coverage against loss or damage in transit
- Item refund or replacement, pending availability
- Instant resolution of shipping issues (once you email us with all the information listed above)
Wrong Address
House of Pies is not responsible for delays caused by you inputting the wrong shipping address. If you have inputted the wrong shipping address and we already sent your pie to our shipping partner, please contact UPS directly to update the shipping address as we cannot control the shipping once your order has left our facility.
Shipping Delays
House of Pies is not responsible for delays caused by bad weather, order changes, information errors or carriers. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but cannot control external factors that may impact your order's arrival.
