Baking / Handling Instructions
All Homemade Pies are Baked Fresh Daily and Ready to Serve
All of our products arrive individually packaged, freshly baked, and ready to serve. Our whole pies are 9 inches in diameter and can be divided into 6-8 slices.
Please eat or freeze your fruit pies within two days and pecan pies within six days from the time you receive it, unless otherwise marked. Refrigerate during that time. Freezer life is up to 90 days.
- To serve warm, preheat oven to 200°F. Bake room temperature pie in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes or until warm. To reheat in a microwave, you must remove pie from pie tin prior to reheating.
- To serve from frozen, preheat oven to 350°F. Do not thaw pie prior to reheating. Place pie on a cookie sheet in the preheated oven for approximately 35-45 minutes or until warm.
- Cool pie for 30-45 minutes before eating.
