1. What flavors of pies do you offer?
We offer a variety of flavors for our freshly baked pies, including the iconic Texas Pecan Pie. Our assortment of mini pies is baked to perfection and available in different flavors to cater to every taste bud.
2. I have a food allergy; can I still eat House of Pies pies?
We do not bake in an allergen-free environment. While we do have select products that do not contain wheat or nuts, all of our products are baked in an environment where wheat, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs and soy may be present in high volumes. Due to the presence of these allergens at all of our baking facilities, we do not recommend consuming any of our desserts if you are allergic to wheat, nuts, dairy or eggs. 3. Can I order pies as gifts for others?
Absolutely! Pies make wonderful gifts and we make gifting easy with our Ship to Multiple Address feature. You can send different pies to various addresses all in a single checkout!
4. How do you ensure pies arrive fresh?
Our pies are baked to order and shipped directly to you in special packaging designed to keep them fresh. We also have a freshness guarantee! If your pie does not arrive fresh and you immediately send us a picture upon arrival, we will send you a replacement pie at no additional cost.
5. How should I store and handle my products?
Our pies are meant to be enjoyed as soon as possible. Our pies have a shelf life of 3 days once they arrive. Please eat or freeze your pie within 3 days from the time you receive it. Refrigerate during that time. If you will not be serving your pie right away, we recommend freezing your pies immediately.
6. Where do you ship your products?
All orders are baked and shipped out of Houston, Texas. We are currently only shipping to the contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to international yet...hopefully soon! We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
7. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders of 3 or more pies shipped to the same address. For orders below that quantity, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 for ground packages.
8. How long does it take to receive my pies?
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 days, and shipping times vary depending on your location. Under ideal conditions, ground shipping usually takes 1-3 days. We also offer special shipping arrangements, such as overnight or 2 day shipping for a higher cost. For clarification, shipping days means business days. Orders placed for major holidays may take slightly longer than normal. We recommend placing your order early if it is for a time-sensitive event. There is no delivery on Sunday or major holidays.
9. Can I choose the date of shipment for my pies?
Yes, unlike many companies, you can choose the date we ship out your pies using our Ship Out Date Calendar. Please note that the ship out date is the day we ship, not the day you receive the pies.
10. Can I include a gift note/message with my online order?
Yes, Any unique gift note or message can be applied to your order in the cart, before checkout online.
11. When will I see a tracking number?
You will receive a tracking information email once your order has shipped and left our facility. You should see that email around 5:00 PM on our shipping date. Please ensure that your email and contact information were correct at checkout to avoid any delay. You can track your order online via the tracking information and through the carrier. In the instance that you experience an issue with your order, please contact us. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible. Each issue is handled on a case-by case basis.
12. Can I change the shipping address after my package has been sent?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the package has been sent. However, if we have not shipped your order, please email us immediately with the correct address so we can update your order. If you notice a mistake with your address and your package has already been shipped, we recommend contacting UPS to attempt an address change or request package hold for pick up. Shipments returned due to incorrect information will be subject to a reshipment charge.
13. Can I return or get a refund for my pies?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds on our perishable goods. Once an order is placed and payment is received, it is considered a final sale. However, if you encounter a problem with your pies or are dissatisfied with the product received, please reach out to our Customer Care team with your order number, details, and photos. We will work with you to provide a solution so that you are satisfied.
14. What if there is a problem with my order?

15. Do you have a storefront I can visit?
Yes! We have six locations across the Greater Houston area. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and over 40 different varieties of pies, cakes, and cheesecakes.
